Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Products that have been installed, assembled, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or assembled products.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or customer negligence.
  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items (if applicable).
  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable).

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

If the return is the result of our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to availability. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
